1 General Rules

By using the cbaje website and all of its services, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This document is a legal agreement between cbaje ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member").

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to participate on cbaje:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must use a valid Bangladeshi payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cbaje supports only local Bangladeshi payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name to make a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).
• Neither the bonus nor any winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• This bonus applies once per account only.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the bonus is strictly prohibited.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

cbaje's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on your regular activity and engagement with the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• cbaje reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is misused, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may also be voided.
• If a member uses unusual betting patterns to exploit the bonus system, cbaje may investigate that account.

6 Betting Rules

All bets on cbaje are accepted and settled according to specific rules. It is recommended that you read the relevant game rules carefully before placing a bet.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cancellation option is provided under applicable rules.
• If incorrect odds are given due to a technical error, cbaje reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, cbaje will settle bets according to applicable rules.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. cbaje will not be liable if an internet connection is lost during live betting.

6.3 Casino Games

The results of slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino services are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

7 Security and Privacy

• Attempting to influence game outcomes or colluding with others.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

cbaje may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.

• Failure to provide required documents for KYC verification.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If the account is inactive for an extended period (more than 1 year).

• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

cbaje's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes
